Refund/Cancelation Policy:

AZ Premier Medical Solutions reserves the right to cancel any class with less than (5) students. A 24 hour notice will be given in the event a class is cancelled and all students will be transferred to another class. 

Class Refunds
No refund will be given or course rescheduled if you do not pass the course or if you fail to show up for the course without first notifying AZ Premier Medical Solutions, LLC.

Late arrivals to class will not be admitted and the registration fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation and Transfer Charges.

• 100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days prior to class

• 90% refund if cancelled at least 3 days prior to class

• 50% refund if cancelled 24hrs before class

• individuals attending a class may choose to attend another class if needed as long as a 24hr notice is given to AZ Premier Medical Solutions, LLC.

• FAILURE TO SHOW OR CALL CONSTITUTES A FORFEITURE OF REFUND OR TRANSFER
